Located within the established residential neighbourhood of Fairfield West, NSW, The Greenvale Granny Flat has been designed as a contemporary secondary dwelling that maximises comfort, functionality, and independent living within a compact footprint. The design features a clean gable roof form, minimalist rendered façade, and modern aluminium-framed glazing, creating a timeless architectural appearance. Carefully planned to optimise natural light and spatial efficiency, the residence provides a practical self-contained living environment suitable for extended family members, guest accommodation, or rental investment. With a total floor area of approximately 60m², the dwelling balances modern aesthetics with everyday functionality while complementing the existing primary residence.
