Occupying a prominent 787.1 m² corner block, The Droughtmaster Estate redefines modern dual-living residential design through an intelligent combination of family comfort, architectural simplicity, and future adaptability. Featuring a contemporary Colorbond roof profile, rendered exterior walls, feature facebrick elements, and expansive glazing, the residence achieves a refined architectural identity while maintaining a warm and welcoming character. Delivering approximately 250 m² of total built form, complemented by a self-contained 60 m² secondary dwelling, the project has been specifically designed to support extended family living, independent accommodation, or investment opportunities. Carefully zoned interiors provide privacy where needed while maintaining strong visual and functional connections between living, entertaining, and outdoor spaces.
